After their Australian nightmare, world champs Ferrari was very much in command with Kimi Raikkonen in dominating form. That was not the case for teammate Felipe Massa though, who spunned out of the race. Rival McLaren were unable to take full advantage, largely due to their qualifying grid penalties. Heikke Kovalainnen and Lewis Hamilton took home 3rd and 5th place respectively.
