YES BABY! It's official, i will be attending the match between Man United vs Sunderland on 5th Nov 2011! Took me three freaking weeks to get this done, at first we were waiting for the tickets to go on general public sale (because only season pass holders or official members could get them) Waited for over 2weeks plus a couple of emails on inquiring them, i finally gave in. I convinced Tim to apply the official membership which cost £30, so when the two of us applied i had to find another way to get my gf a ticket as well. There was no way i am going to the match without her, then i turn to another friend of mine which is a pretty huge United fan as well, i successfully convinced him to apply (PHEW!) Truth to be told the membership benefit is really good especially for people who lives there. I would have applied long ago if i knew we could get all this discounts and free goodies at every start of season:-
• 2011 Manchester United Yearbook • Champions 19’ branded key ring and pin badge set • Champions 19 calendar and poster • Exclusive DVD • Fixture list • Official Membership card • Information and Benefits Booklet.
• Members have priority over the general public for match tickets Due to the high demand for tickets, tickets are allocated using a ballot (draw) which is exclusive to Official Manchester United Members.
• Receive a £5 discount for tickets to all Home Fixtures.
• Gain free entrance into Home Reserve matches played at Moss Lane, Altrincham FC.
• Members can request to go on the Season Ticket Priority List.
• Members receive a half price discount on entry to the Museum and Tour Centre.
• Obtain a 10% discount on purchases from the Megastore (both online and at the store).• Receive a 10% discount on meals in the Red Café.
Woohoo those are all the stuffs i'll be getting :) Now i can shop online with extra 10% discount, how wonderful is that muahahahhaa! I am thinking of renewing 'em every year which cost £27, that will allow me opportunity to watch a Man United vs Liverpool or Man City game. Something i would like to experience in my life time, plus with Air Asia flights being so cheap to London, then hop onto Amsterdam after to see my gf :)
