With the sound of the ref's whistle still ringing around the stadium, in a match against Espanyol in January 2008, Llorente tapped the ball to teammate Victor and set off on a mad sprint towards the opposition goal. Victor with his back facing the opposition goal, suddenly turned and clipped a delicious ball into Llorente's path (no-look pass, glorious!), with the striker taking the ball down and cooly lifting it over the advancing keeper and into the net.
