Seven Wonders Of the Ancient World or Seven Wonders of the World by the remarkable structures of classical antiquity by several authors in popular travel guides listed in the ancient Greek tourists, especially in the 1 and 2 Century BC. The most prominent of them, include the versions of Antipater of Sidon and Philon of Byzantium as observers identified from seven plants around the Mediterranean rim. Th original list has inspired countless versions over the centuries, often listing seven entries.
