Oxford Murders early morning shoot. John Hurt and Elijah Wood.
Cycling to the lab this morning, I took a moment of my precious time to say hello to John Hurt (who I last saw in V for Vendetta). I wanted to ask how he was faring in his bitch fest with Sir Ian McKellen. (Both are great thespians.) Frodo was standing next to him. Me and him. Suddenly it was a hobbit reunion all over again. (Incidentally, I discovered that Hurt voiced Aragorn in the 70's).
Sadly, not all hobbits are good. Gloria Macapal Arroyo and her troll of a husband are the eeevil sort.
I ribbed Elijah "Haven't you worn those clothes 3 days in a row now?" Pare, nung isang araw mo pa suot yan. Magkano ba budget ng pelikula natin? Pareho naman tayo size, marami ako extra damit. Pahiraman nalang kita.

Anyways, I had to leave as we all have work to do (they to shoot their movie) and me to write my paper before I head off the the Alps.
