I was perambulating around the estate at dusk and found lots of them little critters. I suddenly had a craving.

Not served as fancy ginataan or in haute French style but simply steamed just the way my favourite snailman in Marrakech serves it.

Mustafa is da best. His snails are fat and juicy. Slurping on them gastropods is better than cunnilingus. (Hmm, not really a good analogy. Cunnilingus in only really pleasurable to the recipient and not the giver innit?)

Pry them from their shells with a toothpick and suck. Superb!
Aaanyways, if someone knows if what I found today are indeed edible molluscs lemme know, then come on over to my place with a bottle of white wine for a feast. And be quick! I don't want them to run away.
